Center Court - Personal Growth Center
The Union Hill Personal Growth Center (UHPGC) is a nonprofit corporation. The corporation is organized for the purpose of extending the mission activities of the Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church. The corporation exists for the purpose of engaging in all religious, charitable, scientific literary or educational purposes in which an organization may engage as an
organization qualifying as an organization exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and the regulations promulgated
there under, as said Code and regulations now exist or as they may hereafter be
amended (or the corresponding provision of any subsequent federal tax law, said Code, regulations and subsequent federal laws, if any, being hereinafter referred to together as the "Code"), and to promote and advance such purposes by any activity in which a corporation organized under the Alabama Nonprofit Corporation Act may engage, exclusively, either directly or by contributions to organizations qualifying as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and to receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and to administer and apply the income and principal thereof, within the United States of America, for such purposes.
The UHPGC has oversight responsibility for the Child Development Center, Recreational Center, Bookstore/Gift Shop, Counseling Center, and Senior Center. Each of these centers are coordinated by separate and appropriate boards.
Child Development Center
The Child Development Center has a competent and caring staff of Christian teachers and workers whose goal is to provide the highest quality of daycare services for parents with children 6 months to 5 years of
age.

- Recreational Center
The Recreation Department provides a wide array of
passive and active recreational activities for all ages. Special attention
is given to the young and the elderly.
- Bookstore/Gift Shop Center
Provides the church family and the local Christian
community with an assortment of Christian literature and paraphernalia.
- Counseling Center
This department seeks to provide Christian based
personal, social, family, marriage, family, and crisis counseling services
to the Christian fellowship and the local community.
- Senior Center
This department seeks to provide social,
recreational, and limited health care services to the elderly members of
the fellowship and community.
