Philosophy
1. The basis for all decisions made at the
child development center concerns what is best for the children.
2. The staff is the most important element of quality in any
program for children.
3. Our main goal for children enrolled is to develop
age-appropriate skills and concepts, independence, self-control,
a sense of competence and a sense of their own worth as
individuals who deserve love. These are the building blocks of
self-esteem.
4. All human development follows a relatively logical, never
ending sequence.
5. Proverbs 22:6 is the Christian base for success of our
students: "Train up a child in the way he should
go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
General Information
- The 1997-98 CDC Program began August 18,
1997
- Daycare facilities are available for
infants (6 weeks) through 4 years old
- Child care is offered Monday through
Friday
- The child development center will operate
from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- A morning snack, lunch and afternoon
snack will be served daily
- A BEKA Curriculum
- The CDC prides itself in Christian
instruction, and therefore, encourages all children to
maintain good behavior. Discipline is a joint effort on
the part of the parents and the CDC. An open line of
communication between the staff and the parents is
urged.
Daycare Admission Procedures and
Requirements
Before a child may attend the CDC, the following
forms and/or documents must be on file in the office:
- Application for enrollment
- Child's Medical Report
- Enrollment Agreement
- Immunization Form
- Emergency Form
- Transportation Form
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Number
- Photograph

Fees
Registration Fee:
A $50 non refundable registration fee is required at the
beginning of each School session--Fall and Summer --and must be
paid at the time of enrollment.

Tuition is due one week in advance and is payable the first day
of the week. If a monthly or bi-weekly arrangement is more
suitable--tuition is due the first day of the month or the 15th. (There
shall be a $10 late charge for tuition not paid by the late
date.) A 15% discount on the lesser amount will be
given for two or more children from the same household.
Insurance:
Registration fee also covers an insurance policy for your child.
The policy covers your child for the time he/she is at the CDC or
on field trips.
